2 lb beef (can use a tougher cut or flank)
1 t grated lemon peel
1/2 c lemon juice1/3 c oil
1 clove garlic grated
2 T sliced green onion
4 t sugar
1.5 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1 t worcestershire
1 t mustard (dijon)
marinate beef overnight
grill/broil meat
boil marinade 1 min and serve as sauce.
