karaage chicken

1 lb boneless thigh, trim fat and cut 1" pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
2 T soy sauce
2 t ginger grated

marinate 30 min to overnight

dredge in mix
1/2 c corn starch
1/4 c flour

fry 350deg peanut oil
